Anyone else think its dumb that you cant rate comments before your on level 2?

At what rate should you gain muscle weight?
As I try to get in shape and lose fat, my scale is all over the place. I'm often sore after workouts, and I understand this is due to muscle gain/rejuvenation. When I weigh in, sometimes I plateau, or even gain, even though I'm on a strict diet and do moderate exercise. So how much of this weight is really muscle? How fast is it appropriate to gain muscle?
Can Bowed Veneer Be Fixed?
If you are able to push the lifted piece back into place then your method using wood glue is feasible. But, if the damaged area has bowed and hardened, you may have to slightly remove some of the wood in order for it to lay down properly after being glued. Also if you can, will it glitch on you if you are on level 1 and you ask 5 questions then answer questions then level up and ask a question to get demoted and then your question will keep disappearing because you won't be able to ask any since you got demoted but since the question never appeared you wouldn't get demoted?
