Does anyone have an old Runescape account that they dont want?

Recently i made an accont and its very boring being that im not a high level. I figured if i was a higher level it would be much more enjoyable. So im basically wondering if anyone has an old account that they dont want anymore and would be willing to send me the account name and the password
