HELP! I need info on.... Health? Kinda?

you have shin splints. the muscle is literally tearing away from the bone. the only thing for this is rest. when you run, it puts more pull on the muscle, making it tear away more. only run as much as you need to. taping around your shins to help hold the muscle against the bone when you must run may help. (i saw the track kids do this when they had shin splints.)
