How much Farm Cash do you start off with in FarmVille?

I'm just curios because I'm on level 18 but i have 22 Farm Cash. Should i have a difference of 5 Farm Cash or is 4 Farm Cash correct? How much Farm Cash do you start off with in FarmVille, starting from level 1? (I'm a penny pincher, I know)
