I want to supply snacks to existing shops. from where can i get help and information?

i want to earn some money by supplying some snacks( savoury and sweet), to shops like convenience-stores, small eateries etc. is there any website where i can get the information about their contacts and requirements. i need to know the exact procedure before i approach them like- is there any need to get a license for it or any other formalities? are there other ways to utilise my culinary skill and experience to earn some money in singapore without spending much time and money,ie. in a small scale?
