What do these values suggest? Hypertension?
It looks as if you need to make some major changes in your diet, your weight and your daily exercise plus maybe some blood pressure medications and a cholesterol lowering medication while you work on lifestyle changes. Your doctor will probably give you this advice, based on these lab tests. In the meantime, you can go to WebMd.com and type in hypertension and read up on what you should be doing to reduce these numbers. You can also type in hypercholesterol or hyperlipidemia and read up on this condition and what changes you need to be making. In addition, daily exercise will bring down all of these numbers - walking is easiest - start slowly and gradually build up to 30-45 minutes at a brisk pace which will lower your blood pressure, your cholesterol and contribute to weight loss. Talk with your doctor about these tests and then take action.
