I'm 5'8"(female) and 164 lbs. .. is this okay?

As miraculous as it sounds, my cholesterol levels are fine, and I eat healthy. The thing is I never exercise, sooo... my weight has been sort of at a stand-still for a while. The thing is I look only a little chubby, but I want to look skinnier. Is this weight fine, should I not worry about things, or what would be ideal?
