Should i level my runescape accounts hp or not???????

ok so im gonna make a runescape account with 70 range..then i want to add mage and str..one i have 70 range ill be 48 combat 58 hp.. if i add 70 magic using combat spells i will have 50 combat 65 hp...then once i add stregnth ill have 51 combat 69 hp.. with 70 range mage and str.. is that good..or should i raise mage without using combat spells...but i think the hp is worth it because then i will own at pking
