In yahoo answers can you get demoted a level for asking a question.?

Also if you can, will it glitch on you if you are on level 1 and you ask 5 questions then answer questions then level up and ask a question to get demoted and then your question will keep disappearing because you won't be able to ask any since you got demoted but since the question never appeared you wouldn't get demoted?
