My mom is REALLY sick! Help ASAP!?

Ok so right now it is 11:20pm and im home alone with just me and my mom. My mom has been feeling sick all day. Right now she is crackling when she breathes, throwing up blood, and she can barely talk. We looked it up and she has all the signs of pnuemonia. We live really far away from other family members too. She is unable to drive because she cant see at night and she's coughing really hard. I cant drive either. Im only 13! We tried calling ask a nurse for their recommendations but its not operating at this time. -_- ALl my other family is asleep too. She doesnt want to call an ambulence. So what should we do? Call an ambulence anyway? Im really worried. She has a lot of other illnesses too and she has had cancer before. She has diabetes. A thyroid problem. High cholesterol. Ect.
